Cuisinart Griddler – a cooking all-rounder

Cuisinart Griddler

Cuisinart Griddler

The Cuisinart Griddler (model number GR-4A) is a real kitchen all-rounder. It can be used as a contact grill, panini/sandwich press, full grill or full griddle, or a half grill/half griddle. It can help you cook anything from a toasted sandwich to a full breakfast fry-up. The Griddler has twin cooking controls, so you have separate heat control over each side of the lid.

The Griddler can’t turn any food completely healthy, but the forward tilt of the device and the cooking plates’ ability to drain oil and grease can take a bit of the fat factor from your food.

Cleaning the Griddler is easy. Immersion in soapy water, fixed cooking plates and electricals don’t mix, so the Cuisinart Griddler and its removable cooking plates means cleaning isn’t tricky at all. And if you’ve been a little slow to get food off the grill, the included scraping tool will help the removal of pesky, stuck-on food.

Here’s a short video introduction… well, more an ad really. But I do throw in the cheesy American voiceover for free. That’s no cost to you, no money down! Crazy, crazy, crazy video embedding!
