Logitech’s Rechargeable Speaker S715i is soon to join the crowded iPod dock market. Power options include running it from a power point, or, with the aid of the rechargeable battery, that will give you around 8 hours of playback.
The Logitech S715i is certified with both the Made for iPod and iPhone programs, and its dock is compatible with the following iPod models:
- Supports iPhone and all iPod models with Universal Dock Connector.
- Supports earlier iPod models (1st generation – 3rd generation) and other portable music players and smartphones via the 3.5 mm auxiliary input
Of the Logitech Rechargeable Speaker S715i, Mark Schneider, vice president and general manager of Logitech’s audio business unit, says:
The new Rechargeable Speaker S715i offers eight drivers – twice that of our previous speaker docks – and includes a rechargeable battery so you can take your tunes with you. So go ahead, lose yourself in your music – and never worry about disposable batteries again.
