The Olive O4HD Music Server is the ‘middle child’ in the range, sitting between the O3HD and the O6HD.
Just like those other two models. you put in a CD, and the Olive rips the tracks, labels the tracks, and stores them on, in this instance, a 2 terabyte internal hard drive. And again, once you’ve ripped and stored all of your music, you can plug in an external hard drive via the USB port and back up all of your digitally stored music.
The 3TB drive will hold around 6000 CDs in lossless quality. it’s also network-capable, so firmware upgrades are possible, as is playing internet radio stations.
Olive O3HD Music Server price and availability
The Australian RRP of the Olive O4HD Music Server is $3,599, and is available in silver or black finish. You’ll find it on sale in a select network of specialty hi-fi stores across Australia.
