Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is the 2010 movie version of the 2003 video game, and it is on sale now on Blu-ray and DVD.
The videogame featured some thrilling use of parkour, as does the movie. Throw in battle scenes, special effects and a goodly amount of fine lookin’ film flesh, and you have yourself just shy of 2 hours of action set in the Middle East, 6th Century-style.
The film stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Ben Kingsley, Gemma Arterton, Alfred Molina and Steve Toussaint, and is directed by Mike Newell.
